I provide the following NDIS Core Supports, billed at or below the current NDIS Price Guide rates:

Assistance with Daily Life

Personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, daily routines, and independent living skills.

Community Participation

Support to engage in social activities, community events, recreational programs, and skill-building.

Community Transport

Safe, reliable transport to medical appointments, shopping, social outings, and community activities.

Household Tasks

Cleaning, laundry, home management, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Respite Support

Planned respite for carers — compassionate, high-quality support so participants feel safe and valued.

Invoicing & Billing

Invoices issued within 48 hours of each support session
All invoices include: participant name, NDIS number, support item description, date, duration, hourly rate, and ABN
Rates are at or below the current NDIS Price Guide for Core Supports
For plan-managed participants: invoices sent directly to the plan manager
For self-managed participants: invoices sent to the participant for direct payment and NDIA reimbursement
No joining fees, no hidden charges, no cancellation fees with reasonable notice

How to Make a Referral

Get in Touch

Call or email me with the participant's name, location, support needs, and preferred start date. I'll confirm availability within 4 business hours.

Initial Consultation

I'll arrange a free introductory meeting with the participant (and their support coordinator if preferred) to discuss goals, routines, and support requirements.

Service Agreement

Once agreed, I'll prepare a Service Agreement and support plan. Supports can typically commence within 1–2 weeks of the initial enquiry.

Provider Information Sheet

A one-page summary of my details, services, and credentials — ready for your records or to share with participants.
